Sjón's The Blue Fox shortlisted for Jan Michalski Prize
The Jan Michalski Prize for Literature is attributed each year by the Foundation to crown a work of world literature. An original feature of the Prize is its multicultural nature.
Blue foxes are so curiously like stones that it is a matter for wonder. When they lie beside them in winter there is no hope of telling them apart form the rocks themselves; indeed, they're far trickier than white foxes, which always cast a shadow or look yellow against the snow.
